A big thank you to all those that attended our Ready, Set, Learn program today. The weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy our front area. We hope you all had a wonderful time. The goal of Ready, Set, Learn is to prepare pre-kindergarten children for a positive start in their school journey and welcome them into our school community. This is a different event then our Welcome to Kindergarten which will be taking place in late May. There will be two more sessions offered in total. The following dates are scheduled this year for our Ready, Set, Learn program.
The dates are as follows
– Tuesday May 11th 2021, 9:00-10:00am
– Friday May 21st 2021, 9:00-10:00am
In order to follow COVID safety guidelines participants must pre-register and we will have a maximum of 10 spots available at each event. You can sign-up for all three if you wish, but we may have to adjust this if we have more than 10 sign up. You can register by emailing ary@prn.bc.ca or calling us at 236-365-2793. Each child can have one adult accompany them and adults must follow our safety procedures including the daily health check, signing in upon arrival and wearing a mask at all times in the building. Sessions will be outdoors as much as possible, so we ask that children come dressed for this. We are looking forward to meeting all of you and welcoming you to Anne Roberts Young Elementary School.
